New-Meat™ pioneer Redefine Meat announces that The ASH Restaurant & Bar will be the first major branded restaurant in Germany to offer sustainable New-Meat™ dishes in all of its 11 restaurants. From 15 August 2022, The ASH will offer premium tacos with Redefine Meat's plant-based ground beef as part of a special menu. Meat lovers nationwide will also be able to order the world's first commercially available plant-based steaks. Redefine Meat's flank steak offers the same taste, textures and flavours as conventional steaks.
New-Meat™ will expand the sustainable dining offerings of The ASH restaurant concept, known for its distinctive 1920s American "supper club" style. As part of a creative menu full of flavours, New-Meat™ dishes will sit among the finest traditional steaks from North America, Argentina and Ireland.
