Made from Polypropylene (PP), Triaprint is one of the most ecological plastics for the Visual Communications sector. Following a period of review and development, Triaprint now offers users a new, black recycled core option exclusive to Antalis.

Triaprint R Black Recycled Core is made from genuine post-industrial waste, combining die-cutting waste and returned polypropylene packaging.
Sometimes referred to as ‘bubble board,’ Triaprint is a tri-extrusion with an open-cell core and solid polypropylene liners applied either side. The core structure is light in weight yet provides excellent rigidity and impact strength. The smooth, corona-treated, bright white polypropylene liners offer the perfect print surface to match any other material.
Triaprint is ideal for various applications, including point of sale and display, signage, exhibition panels and packaging.
For outdoor use, UV additives increase the life of Triaprint sheets for outdoor applications, whilst the new black recycled core features approximately 30% post-industrial waste content and improves the opacity of the sheets for two-sided printing. For indoor use where fire rating is required, the existing range of Triaprint FR achieves the classification B – s1 – d0 according to the European EN 13501 standard.
Visual Communications Product Manager at Antalis, Paul Neale, comments: “We’re delighted with this addition to the Triaprint range, and we’re sure our customers will be too. The new black core with recycled content is a key step in improving sustainability and means the product has achieved Antalis’ Green Star System™ rating of 4.
