The Sustainable Foods Summit returns to Singapore later this month. The 4th Asia-Pacific edition will take place at the ParkRoyal Collection Marina Bay Singapore on 25-26th February. The agenda features four key sessions covering sustainability developments, ingredient innovations, future trends, and marketing insights. Highlights include:

Pop up my Bathroom will once again be the focal point for creative bathroom concepts, architecture and design when ISH 2025 opens its doors in Frankfurt am Main from 17 to 21 March. With an inspiring trend exhibition and a wide-ranging programme of lectures and discussions, this special show will showcase the latest developments, new products and visionary concepts for the bathroom as an integral part of the home.

Mondi, a global leader in sustainable packaging and paper, proudly unveils a fresh initiative to highlight the values of its containerboard materials that we use in our everyday lives. In partnership with Olympian skateboarder Julia Brückler, Mondi challenges myths around making paper through a fusion of innovation, sustainability and athleticism.

Designing a bathroom also means thinking about tomorrow's needs. Given the increasing number of people requiring care in Germany, as well as the latest technological developments, it is important to prioritise accessible and digital bathrooms for new builds and refurbishments that can be used by people of all age groups.

The industry's interest in Texcare International is strong. Nine months before the event, 247 companies from 30 countries have already registered and the exhibition space is almost fully booked. The companies, including all the market leaders, are taking advantage of the leading trade fair to present their innovations live to a global trade audience. A high level of international participation is expected.

Artigo, an international rubber flooring company, will produce their next-generation flooring collections from 2025 with UPM BioMotion™ Renewable Functional Fillers (RFF). By incorporating UPM Biochemicals’ RFF, Artigo has achieved CO2 footprint savings of up to 0.5 kg CO2e/sq. meter1 and managed to reduce the weight by up to 5% per square meter flooring.

The interplay of digital systems, intelligent building-control systems and connected mobility is leading to dynamic changes in the use of rooms. If necessary, the living room can become an office. For its part, the office should have both quiet working areas and communication zones for social interaction while hotel lobbies are morphing into co-working spaces.

The third edition of Flanders Flooring Days (FFD) has officially kicked off! This four-day event (May 13-16) is a collaborative initiative among Flemish flooring companies opening their doors to customers or prospects worldwide. Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) has been involved since the very beginning of the concept and is indispensable yet again. Moreover, this year, Beaulieu is presenting a unique experience by seizing Flanders Flooring Days as an opportunity to unveil their state-of-the-art Experience Center to the public for the first time.

In a world where water-repellent textiles play an important role in various industries, Pulcra Chemicals, a global leader in sustainable chemical solutions, has joined forces with its subsidiary, Devan Chemicals, to introduce DEVAN REPEL: a new brand in the water repellency market. The first product in that range, DEVAN REPEL ONE, is a durable water repellent for Polyester and blends developed on the scientific foundation of the companies’ chemical and textile technology know-how.

Archroma, a global leader in specialty chemicals focused on sustainable solutions, and ColorDigital GmbH, the company behind DMIx, a pioneer in textile supply chain digitalization, are joining forces to bring the textile industry’s largest library of engineered color standards to the DMIx ecosystem of fashion brands and suppliers.

The next Sustainable Foods Summit will focus on circularity. For the first time, the North American edition will discuss approaches to move to circularity in the food industry. How can regenerative agriculture and upcycling help the transition to a circular economy? How can food and beverage brands move away from single-use plastics? How can they innovate with sustainable ingredients? Such questions will be addressed at the North American edition, hosted in San Francisco on 24-25th January.
