At KPA 2025 on February 25th and 26th in Ulm, pal plast is presenting a further expanded portfolio of innovative materials and sustainable solutions for plastics processing. With a clear focus on resource efficiency and state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, the company will demonstrate in Hall 1, Stand A3, how a circular economy can seamlessly become a reality.

With PALRAN STATEC, pal plast expands its portfolio of electrically conductive polymers by introducing an ABS that not only offers outstanding electrical properties but also excellent impact resistance. This material is particularly well-suited for the production of transport containers for sensitive components as well as technical parts. PALRAN STATEC combines high mechanical stability with exceptional processability, opening up new applications across various industries.
The material spans a wide range of surface resistivities from 10³ to 10¹⁰ ohms, with a notably high Charpy notched impact toughness of 5.5 kJ/m² achieved at a surface resistance of 10⁵ ohms.
PBT with Variable Recycled Content
Additionally, pal plast is introducing new PBT types from its Prime-Recompound line, available with recycled content levels of 10%, 20%, 30%, or 50%. These types are offered both as virgin material and as sustainable blends, meeting the highest standards of quality and environmental compatibility. They provide processors with the flexibility to tailor material properties to their specific requirements while simultaneously enhancing their environmental footprint. Furthermore, the company has begun to gradually provide rheological data and material descriptions for its PBT recompounds via Digimat.
High-Performance: Carbon Fiber Reinforced PA 6.6
Another innovation at KPA 2025 is the introduction of carbon fiber reinforced PA 6.6 recompounds with filler levels of 30% and 40%. These materials offer an exceptional combination of strength and lightweight potential, making them ideal for demanding technical applications. As with the PBT recompounds, pal plast is also in the process of collecting and providing rheological and Digimat data for these materials.
Circular Economy for the Plastics Industry
CEO and second-generation co-owner Amit Wirnik emphasizes the importance of closed-loop material cycles:
“With PALRAN STATEC and our new carbon fiber reinforced compounds, we are not only introducing innovative materials but also meeting high standards in resource efficiency. Our modern production facilities and comprehensive expertise make us the ideal partner for plastics processors who want to work together in a future-oriented and sustainable way.”
Consulting and Services for Processors
Pal plast supports processors not only with innovative materials but also with a full range of services—from the analysis of material flows to the development of tailor-made recycling solutions.
“We enable our customers to efficiently recycle production waste and establish closed-loop material cycles,” says Amit Wirnik.
