Thanks to the unique working principle of the aNIR-technology
− instantaneous drying and curing within 2 – 4 s,
− adjustable power depending on coating type and coating layer,
− adjustable air ventilation flow rate depending on solvent content
− no heat up or standby aNIR-operation required,

Beside the CO2-free operation, aNIR-technology results in the lowest today´s drying/curing required energy consumption for a coil coating line.
